"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. "I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...
