"Excelente hotel. Llegamos por referencias de internet y confirmamos que es una muy buena opcion para visitar NY. Es un hotel muy ordenado y limpio. La habitacion es pequeña para los estandares que unos esta acostumbrado pero funciona perfecto, comoda, bonita decoración y práctica. Para 2 personas es perfecta."

"Located in a great spot not too far walking distance from a lot of touristy areas. We got a $35 credit to use at their little cafe which was super nice for snacks or any quick breakfast needed. The staff were really nice loved the housekeepers and security guards really nice and helpful ! But the front staff were so so in my opinion seemed bothered when you would ask them any questions but overall had a great stay !"

"Absolutely LOVED my stay at Row! I have zero complaints! For starters, when I arrived the check in line was extremely long (literally the only negative thing I can think of about my stay). The staff were coming along the line handing out bottles of water and mocktails! Made the line fly by! Next, the room was so spacious, clean, and comfy! The bed and pillows were SO comfy! I slept like a baby each night. Location is key! Literally steps away from Times Square! You can walk anywhere you need from here! And then there’s the manager, Joe! He was so friendly and welcoming! Always has a smile on his face and there to help anyone. Also - AMAZING drinks at the bar, and a good breakfast! This was my third time here and I will definitely be back!!"
