"Instead of staying at a hotel for a wedding in Garden City, we stayed at Deirdre's place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm happy we got to walk the entire 2.3 mile boardwalk on Friday (4.6 miles in total), ride the entire boardwalk on Saturday morning with bikes provided before the wedding then spend a few hours at the beach on Sunday. We got to check in early and Deidre offered to let us stay a little longer on Monday the day we left. Communication was great and Deidre thought of everything...

Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. "We very much enjoyed our stay at this Bay Shore, NY accommodation. It's nicer than the photo, which really doesn't do it justice. It's spacious, very clean, thoughtfully and carefully planned and provisioned. Augusto is an excellent host. Communications with him were always clear, timely and pleasant. "Nested on a quite residential block was an oasis. We had more than enough space to accommodate us. The host was very helpful with the Check-in process. The only issues we had was, there were alot of families that lived within the house, so alor of foot activities going on throughout the day and night."

"I first the ad promoted 2 bed room and it’s was only one with a person next to you second the owner was horrible with communication check in was at 4 I couldn’t check in until 8 just to view a little room with dead roaches on the sheats and covers I didn’t even stay i simply went to a motel and lost money booking this property the owner say he lock out he can’t give refund"

"After our flight was canceled, this hotel was a lifesaver! We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long night of traveling, and thanks to Latonia, she got us into our room early so we could get some sleep! Thank you Latonia! :-) Our room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the hotel was very quiet. We finished our stay with a yummy breakfast in the lobby, did a little work with great WIFI, and the hotel shuttle kindly took us back to the airport free of charge. We were impressed! Thank you for a nice stay! "
