☀ Pls. make sure that only toilet papers are thrown in the toilet to avoid clogging
☀ $500 charge for smoking in the unit
☀ $500 charge for additional cleaning needed for excessive messes
☀ $500 for unauthorized pets
☀ $75 charge for unauthorized late check-out with increments of $25 per hour
☀ Charge of up to $1500 + damage coverage for parties
☀ AC unit cannot be turned below 68 it will cause damage to the thermostat.
☀ Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and present government-issued identification displaying a photo and birthdate.
☀ Under-age drinking in the house is strictly prohibited!
☀ It is not an ocean, it is a lake and there are several beaches within the area of the lake for those people staying at the lake as well as several pools that can be used.
☀ Strictly up to 22 guests only
☀ Please don't touch the alarm. It is set so that when kids go in and out of the doors, we know they are going out, so nothing needs to be touched or changed.
☀ Please note that this is a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, kindly provide guest lists in advance
☀ The beaches the golf course the clubhouse and the equestrian center are available to anybody who has access to the lake as this is a gated community
☀ There are two pool passes. But extra guest passes can be obtained. The house has easy access to the water and the cove is such that swimming and paddleboat etc is amazing right there. It is great to sit on the dock as the kids play in the water or jump in and have a swim with them.
☀ Check-in would be with the security guard at the gated entrance. There is plenty of parking in the House. Fortunately, the property lots 4 car parking.
☀ Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.

☀ Paddle & Water Equipment Use:
Guests are welcome to enjoy the available water equipment during their stay, including 1 kayak, 2 paddleboards, and 1 paddle boat.

Please remember to remove the paddle boat from the water after use to help keep the area clean and maintain the equipment in great condition for future guests.

For safety, all guests are required to wear life jackets while using the kayak, paddleboards, or paddle boat.
