Well furnished and decorated, cute neighborhood, clean and new, close enough to but removed from downtown. Host added a coat rack since the former review, which demonstrates a wonderful openness to enhance their property for guests. This place is a gem for the price. "

" Not clean at all. The bedding and towels had long hair on them, especially one of the pillows. All of the tables and countertops were sticky and visibly dirty. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste on it. I ended up washing the bedding and towels, & cleaning the countertops and tables. I got charged a cleaning fee but I'm the one doing laundry and cleaning on my vacation? I messaged the host about the cleanliness and never got a reply back. "

"Check in process was ok, the number pad to enter the property was a little difficult for me to use, however the property owner was prompt In providing a code to access a key near by. The property was beautifully decorated, kitchen equipped with a few supplies to prepare a meal via stove top or over. The only disappointing part about the kitchen was that the vbro listing showed a microwave as an amenity, so we brought groceries, when we arrived, there was no microwave in sight. There was also...

"Buddy of mine and I rented this location in June for an event that we had at Cabarrus event center. The apartment was so well appointed, so clean, and so comfortable. It was an especially hot weekend, and the AC worked so well. The TV in the living room was awesome! The bathroom and kitchen were so clean. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable, got some amazing sleep both nights. Highly recommended this unit, and the owners were so helpful, and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here...
