The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or opt for the one on the terrace facing the sea. The living room, also oriented towards the ocean, is equipped with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, perfect for moments of relaxation.



The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two are located on the ground floor and each has a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), one of which has direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom, located upstairs, is also equipped with a Queen Size bed.



The house has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, the other upstairs with a bathtub. Two additional independent toilets are also available



A washing machine is accessible in the basement.



You will be able to park up to two vehicles in the private courtyard of the house.
