"It was not what we expected it certainly was not the same place we viewed on line with a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean. To many stairs either about 10 steps for a bathroom going down or up. We made the best but not a place I would go back to. "

"Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Lovely room, lovely staff but think it’s not the best value for money. Not great for anyone who struggles with steep stairs. No breakfast included and overall know others who were also staying in town for a wedding that got much better value for their money (ie bigger space, breakfast included and just as central). "

"Aeris was the perfect place to stay in Polignano. A family run business, the building was conveniently located, there is an elevator to the higher floors, the fresh cooked breakfast is incredible and our room was really beautiful and comfortable. "

"I was disappointed with this hotel. The check in was terrible, we got in tired from traveling all day and we we're told they couldn't offer us anything to eat and that we had to go out at 9pm. The whole stay felt very unwelcoming. No one brings you towels to the pool, you have to bring your own bags to the car. It was the opposite of hospitality and not what you expect from the price per night. Won't be recommending to anyone. "

"The location of this property is fantastic. It is along the sea and right in the center of the historic center. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The food is wonderful and the rooftop provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea"

"A beautiful trulli with two large bedrooms and small sitting area to enjoy a relax outside of the bedroom. The furniture and bathrooms are high quality and very comfortable. A five to ten minute walk to the main town where all the trulli can be seen and shops and restaurants. Lovely croissant breakfast included in a local coffee shop just afew minutes walk up the road. Thankyou for a lovely stay ! "

"Loved the location and the view we had from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room at the top of stairs which as mentioned the view is spectacular, however the stairs are narrow and steep could be difficult if you have lots of luggage. But I would highly recommend"

Not so great for the holidays, staff was not honest as they must tell if and when there is a construction on site. "We had a wonderful stay at DDO Relais, Pinato and her husband home. They were very welcoming and their house was stylishly designed, lovely large cool rooms, gorgeous spa and pool area. Excellent spread of sweet pastries at breakfast. "

"B&B nel Blu Dipinto di Blu is truly exceptional. A warm welcome with lots of useful local advice and tips. The apartment, perfectly located for the Old Town, was superb; beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed. The breakfast, brought to our room was one of the best we had in Puglia. Highly recommended unreservedly."

"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...

"Was interesting staying in a Trulli for a night. One night is enough as very touristy. The mattresses weren't great. Noisy street which couldn't be helped. Breakfast was fine. Communication was clear and helpful. "
