"We were in Pontivy on Business. Checkin was seamless. As someone who is a light Sleeper I thought that our room near the lift would keep me awake, but it did not. The Black out Curtain is a great which helped me sleep. Ok There's no Coffee/Tea Maker but that wasn't a issue. There's a restaurant attached where we at twice, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was plentiful. THe Staff we excellent, Especially Paschal."

"The couple that run the hotel are so kind! There was a funny mistake from the language barrier but everything worked out and they truly go above and beyond to make you comfortable! We did choose to buy a fan for the room but that’s because we’re spoiled Americans accustomed to sleeping in 65 degrees even in the summer. "

"We already have a static in France, but my husband wanted somewhere with a private pool that was also dog friendly. This fitted the bill completely. It was for my birthday, so it was a lovely treat. We just relaxed, had bbq's, swam in the pool, the weather was gorgeous so the pool was a steady 25most days. Just a shame it wasnt ready when we arrived. Hadnt been cleaned or the heating turned on. Soon sorted once we phoned someone who came out the following day. But all together we had a lovely stay and anything you could possibly need was there, from garden games, bikes, to Books, DVD''s, etc."

"We are a large family group and this venue was perfect in giving us all our own space but also some excellent communal spaces to come together. The pool and outside space was excellent and there was nothing else we needed in the house - everything has been thought about and provided and Sebastien was on hand for anything we needed too. A perfect stay for us - thank you"

"One hour and a half for the check in due to a problem between Expedia and the hotel. We had to fix the problem by calling ourself the support and then pass the phone to the manager of the hotel. It was unreal, I would have expected a more friendly approach after the help we gave and not to stand for more than an hour in the hall arguing about breakfast and conditions. Maybe the best staff but in this uncommon situation they didn’t show it."
