"We had a relaxing stay here when visiting the beautiful Georgetown/Lexington area this weekend. The location was perfect for our needs and easy to find. Everything was as described -- clean, cozy, comfortable, and filled with all the necessities (and a few extras, as well). We appreciated all the special, welcoming touches that allowed us to feel like we could make a "home away from home" without being in the way. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!"

"My wife and I were taking each of our moms (70+) to Churchill Downs for Derby Week (Thurby) and we wanted a place where we could all stay together and yet have our own sleeping arrangements. This house was on point. We were able to relax in the living room, or in the kitchen/dining area when we wanted, but when it was time to get ready for the day or retire for the night, we could all retreat to our own rooms. "I loved the house but there were so many things wrong , it was hard to enjoy it. The cabin, porch,and grill were VERY dirty. Inside the floors were not mopped There were only seven forks( for up to 15 people.) I knew we would see a few bugs but i didn't count on multiple mice (which we saw every night) there were droppings and traps everywhere, so keep nothing on the counters! We never saw the dock it was to overgrown"

"The location was beautiful and peaceful. Only issues were massive amount of dead (and some still alive) flies and a kitchen lacking in some basics like dishwasher soap, basic spices, decent knife. Overall a pleasant experience though."

"I can't say enough good things about this place! What a wonderful VRBO bonus to be on a working farm and be able to interact with the animals. Communications with the owners were very quick on the app and once we were there, they responded to anything we asked, and more, quickly. Even bringing my granddaugher a life jacket and fishing pole for the pond. The farm managers were amazing. They shared their knowledge of the farm willingly, brought my granddaughter a whole array of animals to meet and...

"This house is in a cute historic neighborhood close to the capital. Perfect for morning and evening walks. Less than 10 minutes to Buffalo Trace distillery. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house."
