"The hotel itself was nice. It does need some update as our toilet was very low and flushed all night long. The closet mirrors are mirrored and one mirror was cracked. As for the breakfast it went until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and they were out of stuff at 9:30 a.m. I asked if things are going to be replenished and the front desk actually asked what time it was! They did replenish but it took about 20 minutes and they only did some eggs ham and potatoes. They did not replenish coffee or juice or any of the red items. And there were only apps left like two apples. Not very good saying that breakfast was included and there was hardly anything left"

"Since it was very reasonable price, we didn't expect that much, but the hotel was very clean, cozy and room was pretty large for 2 people. We liked Zen Hotel very much! We want to come back again. Thank you so much! (4 stars for Area around the property is because our room faced to the street, so we could hear traffic - but when we closed windows, it was pretty quiet.)"
