The master bathroom has a rainfall shower head and plenty of room to get ready, and the 2 additional bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The house is equipped with Sonos sound system, therefore you can play your music from anywhere in the house. The living room has a 65" Samsung flat screen that also links into the Sonos system so you can get a theater sound for any sports programming or movies from your favorite streaming app. Cable TV is provided through Spectrum, as well as the WiFi.

The house is located only 15 minutes from Circuit of the Americas (COTA), home to Formula 1, and other ultimate racing events and entertainment. Tesla’s new Gigafactory is just 20 minutes away also.

While you are here you can enjoy river tubing on the San Marcos River by Martindale (13 miles), take a chair and cool off in the river around Fentress (14 miles), visit Main Street in Buda (25 miles) with its shopping and restaurants, drive to New Braunfels (38 miles) and experience their unique shops, quiet cafes, museums, art galleries, and its water park Schlitterbahn. Bastrop (34 miles) has a charming downtown full of shopping and restaurants, a museum and a visitor center, or go kayaking and fishing on the Colorado River. Austin is only 25 minutes away, you can visit some big city entertaining, excellent food scenes (lots of food trucks), and shopping for the luxury label lover or the vintage and thrift store treasure hunter!
