Visit the many impressive castles and abbeys including Caerlaverock Castle and Sweetheart Abbey, and enjoy a visit to Ellisland Farm, once the home of the famous Scottish poet Robert Burns. For the more adventurous, try the Mabie 7stanes mountain bike trail with some great singletrack, downhill and uphill.
