"The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay in this cozy apartment that is perfectly located in Dublin! The location is within walking distance to a variety of great restaurants and spots around Dublin. Parking is easy in a covered structure attached to the building. We were also happy with chilling in the apartment as a “home away from home.” Great place to chill for the evening, getting a little work done, and make a small meal. Big closet and laundry was greatly appreciated. Very responsive and helpful...

"Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting."

"I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."
