"This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Reason for the 3 in the communication section was it would have been helpful to have a contact number for the hosts. "We've stayed at the Creek House two years in a row with large groups of friends for a fall bike trip weekend on the Pine Creek Rail Trail. We love the location and setting of this property and for the number of people you can fit in this place, it's a great deal. Our one critique is the bathroom situation. "Overall the house was very clean. Location was great with restaurants nearby. I did have a minor issue with trash disposal, but when I contacted the property manager she was quick to respond! Only nitpick is that the listing shows a table and chairs on the deck but those aren't at the house. There was a table in the mudroom (we didn't use it). We brought our own chairs to sit outside so it didn't effect our stay at all- just wanted to note for future guests. Overall, would recommend!"
