"Comfy & cozy house, conveniently located near UF and lots of great food. The steps/flooring was a bit worn, the parking instructions had some discrepancies and we had some trouble connecting to the wifi but none of it ended up being an issue. Only used 1 bed but it was comfy and the couch was very comfy. The giant tree out back seemed to be home to some bird families too."

"Family of 4 here for graduation - beautiful apartment, brand new. Beautiful place to stay if you do not plan on doing any cooking. Not a single pot or pan, cooking utensils, can opener, dish towels, plenty of dish soap but no sponge, no dishwasher soap. No extra blankets and towels (clean) with bleach stains on them. Check in was at 4 pm-we arrived around 4:30 - place had not been cleaned yet. After a couple of phone calls, cleaner showed up to clean but we had to leave for a couple of hours...

The host was very accomdating and brought a new TV the day we checked in. That was very nice but it fell to me to get it on the network, logged in and ready to go.
