On Expedia, the place looked very clean and well kept but when we got there, our room was incredibly small for two people (we didn’t have room to place our suitcases). "It looked brand new. It had everything we needed and more. Absolutely pristine."

"Arrived late in the evening and in the rain. First impressions of the neighborhood late night were concerning, seemed a bit sketchy. This impression improved in daylight and as we became accustomed to the surroundings. It is a very noisy area, however. Lots of room for sleeping. Only one toilet. Separate shower room. Coffee/espresso in the small kitchen is a hit. Overall location, proximity to Munich sights, was great."

"Be flexible; room for ten but sleeping in three areas next to each other, like a hostel. And all using the one bathroom. Kitchen/bath are well appointed but the house is a former shop/storefront right on the street. Men from the barber next door stand on the sidewalk smoking from morning to night, and street only parking can be far as it fills up. Well recommend this nice room if you need the beds and are taking the metro to downtown (multiple bakeries & Brauhaus adjacent)."

"The apt was very dusty (had to vaccuum ourselves when we showed up). I think this was from the construction nextdoor. The dishes available were as described but were dirty. We had 4 adults and 1 toddler. The hot water ran out after 2 of our party showered each day. There was atleast one fight in front of the main door each day. I dont mean on the street.
