"Hütte im großem und ganzen sauber und ordentlich. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Allerdings wäre es schön wenn der Zugang zur Toilette ansprechender gestaltet wäre. Ansonsten hat es uns recht gut gefallen."

"Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang und einer ausführlichen Besichtigung und Übergabe durch Herrn Sinz, sind wir für die Weihnachtstage in das Ferienhaus eingezogen. Es hat Charme, ist rustikal und gemütlich. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, lässt es keine Wünsche offen. Wie man ein so altes Haus so blitzsauber halten kann ist mir ein Rätsel! Wir haben uns auch in der schönen Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Sinz hat uns Wander-und Einkehrtipps gegeben, die wir auch nur weiter empfehlen...

"The apartment is perfect for two - three adults and is a great "base" for local hiking in Switzerland and Austria. The drive time to Santis in Switzerland was 60-90 minutes and there are other local trails that were enjoyable. We did not engage in activities on the lake, but did walk pathway on the edge and it was nicely maintained with many local restaurant options. I recommend the place as it was close to the city, alpine hiking, clean, and good amenities in the kitchen."

"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door.
