"Such a cool old hotel over looking the sea. Floors are uneven due to how old it is but we loved our room overlooking the harbor, fun storm we watched from our room. Wish we were there for a longer stay!!"

"Absolutely shocking.....faulty towers in Oban The manager was as rude as hell Extension lead was taped on the staircase.....trip hazard waiting to happen....i reported it and the manager laughed and said it needs to stay there.....decorating was SOOOO dated and needed the paint work finishing"

"Nice and cosy and clean with excellent shared facilities of bathroom, kitchen amd lounge area and nice bar serving good food under the guest house. Perfect location."

"Hotel room had been refurbished at some point but starting to show a few niggles - bathroom door handle loose, bath room sink tap loose. Room itself was smaller than expected but adequate for our three day stay. We had a bay view room which lived up to those on the website. Restaurant only offered a three course meal for dinner which was really good value. Breakfast was a bit hit or miss - some items were only warm (hash browns kept on a plate rather than a heated serving tray). Car parking is a bit restricted otherwise parking is on the street / car park opposite which is free between 06:00 pm and 09:00 am. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and an asset to the hotel."

"The room could’ve been cleaner but the view was amazing. Not much going on in town so it was nice to have the bar and restaurant attached. "

"Uniquely beautiful setting on the island with wonderful, comfortable rooms, and exceptional dining. Pool area is very nice, with functioning steam room. Unfortunately the sauna was not working during our visit which was the only disappointing aspect of our stay. The suite near the spa was a very comfortable room to occupy. Dinner and breakfasts were thoroughly enjoyable and delicious. "
