Apparently it was purpose built as a guest house some years ago, not converted from another building, which explains the size of the bathrooms. No lift. Allowed me to store luggage between checkout and sleeper train departure in the evening. "

"Our host Michael was charming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodationn was fantastic with spectular views over the loch. The room was big, as was the onsuite, and there were great touches e.g. a cafetiere with coffee, supplied free, each morning. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked abd yummy.
