"Checked in ok, but found room had no hot water or heating, which staff knew there had been an issue but had not informed us. Other rooms were not available. Staff offered to find alternative, but did not. Can’t comment on the comfort of the bed or the power of the shower as we left. WiFi signal was poor in the room and at the front desk, On a plus they left caramel wafers with the tea and coffee but we didn’t get to have tea either."
