"While the beds and linens were crisp and clean, the carpet badly needs replaced. It was visibly dirty and dusty. There are no air-conditioning units in the rooms and while we were brought a fan that kind of just kicked up the dust from the carpet and gave me a mess of a headache and allergies. You can open a window, but it took it quite a while cool down we had a twin room which has two twin beds. The smart TV was a nice feature to watch the World Cup. The outside lakefront property is...

"Great location near Fort William. As someon traveling from the US, it was a little unexpected to have to pay extra for bed linens and towels. Nice location, great view of Loch Linnhe. Staff very nice. Pay about 60 pounds extra for towels and bed linens. So, just factor that into overall cost."

"Rooms are very basic but clean and modern in facilities. WiFi and reception is appealing but understandable considering the stunning mountains all round the hotel. Perfect location for either fort William or for a pit stop to north Scotland Only down was an annoying green light that’s in most of the rooms we’ve stayed in. Get it’s maybe to point to the way out in a fire but it lights up the rooms like a firework at night, not very restful! Beds comfy however and would still recommend"
