"My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of choices. Overall, everything about the hotel itself was very good, and I truly enjoyed my stay. My only disappointment was the tour I booked through the hotel. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. The minibus that came to pick us up was very old and uncomfortable. Moreover, after comparing this tour with the one I took in Hanoi, I was surprised to find that the Hanoi tour was cheaper while offering a much better overall experience and higher quality service. For a hotel of this standard, I believe the tours offered to guests should meet higher standards, with better transportation, service, and value for money. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work with more reliable tour operators to ensure that the excursions match the hotel's excellent reputation. Apart from this issue, everything else was wonderful, and I would like to thank the hotel team for making my stay so enjoyable."

"Room was spacious and comfortable. The resort is a paradise for the kids. Endless fun and entertainment. Breakfast is so great and spoilt for choices. Only one thing which I feel could have been better. Unlike other hotels, they are very calculative on the number of bottle water they give each day. Requested for more as I need to make formula milk and was rejected and ask me to get the next day so had to order grab to get drinking water."
