Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties, Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company.
