"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

"Zona tranquillissima ma a pochi minuti dalle principali località. Relax assoluto casa confortevole e particolare con tutto ciò che serve. Vista bellissima. A pochi passi c'è una cantina con ottimi vini (i titolari sono persone veramente cordiali e simpatiche). Luca persona gentile e disponibile ci ha messo a nostro agio dando disponibilità a tutte le nostre esigenze. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie ancora di tutto."

"Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Mobiliar etwas überaltert, aber gemütlich. Die Vermieterin spricht deutsch und ist um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, wenn man aber als Selbstversorger mit Familie sich dort aufhalten möchte, ist die Küche großzügig ausgestattet."

"Great opportunity to sleep in a castle. Nice room with antiques and nice piece of furniture. Overall, a great place to stay although the church's bell played all night long. Breakfast was nice, but a bit early due to an unexpected commitment (of the manager). "

We enjoyed our stay and we received useful tips about the surroundings from Daniella, our host, despite the language barrier."
