Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The complex consists of a main building and a smaller building and offers partially renovated apartments, most with balconies or garden areas.

The studio apartment for up to four people extends over two levels and features a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Amenities include a bathroom with shower or bathtub, a kitchenette with a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating. A furnished balcony is also available.

A shared pool (open approximately from April to the end of September, weather dependent) and a tennis court are available to guests on site – ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Ligurian coast.
