"Fabulous stay in a traditional hotel with lovely atmosphere and fabulous food. We stayed in a cosy double at the front of the hotel which was perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay. Room was immaculately clean and well presented, nice furnishings with complimentary tea,coffe ,hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. Bathroom was very small but again spotlessly clean and adequate.
Food was exceptional - we had evening meal and breakfast - good quality, testy and reasonably priced.
Staff were wonderful - helpful, polite and professional.
Can't wait to go back."
