"Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul "

"Beautiful setting, stunning view and spacious property. Convenient bakery 5 minutes away. A place where you can just be and enjoy the setting but also close to Palma and amenities. Had a great stay. "

"We stayed at this property for a week and it was great for our family. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool. The house has a good layout and is close to restaurants and beaches."

"The team managing the property were fantastic, answering any queries we had and resolving any issues immediately. The property itself is gorgeous however there are a lot of cosmetic issues, particularly in the outside area. Despite the above I would recommend this villa to anyone with a family wanting a relaxing trip for a reasonable price but ensure you rent a car to support you with getting around."

All the rooms were clean and attractive. We were impressed with the fast, friendly and competent communication-line with the Company Mallorca Villas. "The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was so nice staying there. Communication was good with the landlord. The house and the swimming pool were clean and we felt very comfortable. We had a wonderful week staying there."

"Wir waren eine Mädelsgruppe und fanden die Finka perfekt für uns. Es war alles vorhanden, was man an Grundausstattung benötigt. Der Vermieter war total freundlich, immer (über WhatsApp) erreichbar (über Fe-Wo direkt eher schlecht) und hat uns auch bei der Taxi-Organisation geholfen, als es anfangs nicht so klappte. Es sind ca. 10-15 min mit dem Taxi (Stand Juni 2024 - ca. 30€) nach Arenal. Auch der Pool war toll und völlig ausreichend für 12 Personen. Gerne wieder."
