- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful semi-detached house in a special environment of Mallorca.
Southern part of the island with cliffs and superb views. The house is very bright and is divided into 2 levels. It has a private garden area with pool. It is fully furnished and equipped.
The house is in a luxury development with great walks and green area, ideal for walking with dogs or children, away from the city, but with all basic services: supermarket, hairdresser, newspapers, restaurants, veterinarian, pastries.
The urbanization is only 20 minutes drive from the city of Palma and 10 minutes from the airport, it is recommended to have vehicle to move around the island.
Accessibility: non-smokers only, no pets allowed

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a charge of 0.35€/kw. The counter will be read on check in day and check out day. The price does include 200kw. After 200kw the electricity will be charged by 0.35€/kw

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Superbe villa. Nous avons adorer la villa et le calme qui régnait dans le village. La plage qui était pas très loin était incroyable : pas trop fréquentée, propre et on a eu la chance de se baigner avec énormément de poisson. Les propriétaires étaient adorables, et nous saluons leurs réactivités. Mes amis et moi recommandons a 100% cette villa.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut okay. Einziges Manko ist bzw. war der Pool. Deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne. Er ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal saniert werden. Ausstattung im Haus ist wirklich super. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Hier in juli 2022 een prima vakantie doorgebracht. Net huis met prima voorzieningen, zwembad in de tuin en terras met een groot zonnescherm zodat we met z'n allen prima in de schaduw konden zitten.

L’alloggio è molto comodo, apprezzato il locale lavanderia e l’asciugatrice. Aria condizionata sui due livelli ottima. Parcheggio interno e giardino ben curato. A disposizione lettini e teli in piscina. Vicino supermercato fornitissimo. La vicinanza all’aeroporto molto apprezzata. L’assistenza puntuale e cordiale.

Sehr schickes und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattetes Haus. Super Pool und sehr sauber.Sehr guter WLAN Empfang. Kleiner Minuspunkt für ein paar Ameisen im Haus.Insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub.

Ideal location for Mallorca,hired a car but found the bus service to Palma and Arenal good,nice clean and tidy house ideal for family of 4 with 2 grandparent fitted in independently,any problems and Alfredo would sort out,would highly recommend.

Our party of 6 all had a great time at the Villa, the property was very roomy and great facilities . Pool area and patio excellent . Problem with the lights in the bathrooms but was all sorted after talking to Alfredo. Great having supermarket so close. Location to Palma 25min drive. Would go again.

Dears, I would to thank you for everything. We found a very special accommodation. Everything was perfect and we spent a wonderful week in Mallorca. We left in the villa a sun beach umbrella and a portable thermos case for the next guests also because we really found everything to enjoy a very comfortable week. Thank you very much to all of you.

Vi var 4 voksne og to unge piger på 11 & 12 år. Poolen var en 110 % succes. Nærheden ca. 100 m. til stort flot supermarked med alt nødvendigt inkl. fisk og kød. Vi kan absolut anbefale huset til familie med halvstore børn. Herligt med 3 toiletter hvoraf 2 er med bad. Vi synes dog at bil til havet en nødvendigt. Vi brugte kr. 450 til billeje i 8 dage. Vi kan kun anbefale huset.
