"This is a new hotel and everything about it was good or better than expected. It is located on the very outer edge of Lloydminster but that was not an issue for us. We could not make use of the amenities since we were passing through but the breakfast provided was ok."

"The property was located close ( within walking distance)to restaurants and shopping mall ( the mall was somewhat closed down at this time , due to a major flood ealier in the summer!)"
