House with private pool and beautiful sea views, situated in a quiet residential area only 5km from the beautiful and quiet beach of Canyelles, 6km from Lloret del Mar town centre and 7km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! There is an outdoor area of 700m2 with private pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts with magnificent views of the sea. Interior area of 200m2 set over 2 floors: On the ground floor you will find a living room with satellite TV and access to a terrace where you will be able to enjoy wonderful sea and mountain views, open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 single room (90 x 190 bed) and a WC. On the floor above, you will find 1 double bedroom (150 x 190cm bed), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (90 x 190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Optional heating: (100 €/week). Parking 1 car.



Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.

Rules and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
