"Beautiful hotel, but definitely not a 5-star experience. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, the service is a massive letdown. The breakfast is highly stressful due to a lack of space, broken coffee machines, and illogical food layouts. Room amenities were consistently lacking (like missing spoons every morning for coffee/tea). Also all the floor tiles was loose on the balcony barley stuck down and no grout in them...this was same also for kyara bar all tiles on the outside was just wobbly and loose...not great....For my birthday, we ordered a small cake that cost €55 but turned out to be nothing more than a hollow chocolate filled with whipped cream...not a cake!! delivered with a single small plate for the two of us., the staff's attitude was poor. After our drinks were knocked over by a heavy gust of wind while we were in the pool, as we was getting out the one of the staff was half way through cleaning it up...just walked off and like it didn't happen. When we asked the bar for a replacement, they were very hesitant we had only one sip before getting into the pool.., and the cleaner actually lied and denied seeing the accident. The location has limited variety (shisha bars), and the 5-star rating is extremely confusing. It functions more like a 3-star service in a pretty building. We enjoyed our holiday and would go back, just not with the high expectations we originally had this time..."

The hotel itself feels old, although the bed was comfortable. The carpets in the corridors had visible stains, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay — on the first day, toilet paper was not replenished, and on the next day, towels were missing. Additionally, no water bottles were replaced during housekeeping, which is something even a decent property usually provides as a basic service. While the stay was manageable and comfortable in parts, the hotel could definitely improve its maintenance and housekeeping standards."
