The room was clean but bathroom and the room itself looked tired and needed a bit of decorative attention. The veggie breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were polite and friendly.

I booked the hedgehogs view as a suprise to celebrate my husband's 50th. I was quite apprehensive about the size as although we were only a party of 4 and a dog, we do all value our own space. A stylish family house close to the centre of Hay-on-Wye
Brilliant stay, house lovely, warm & very clean. Great communication from the owner. Had a lovely visit, parking next to the house. Didnt want for anything in the house, clean bedding, hairdryer and loads of towels.
