"We had a wonderful stay at The Drovers. The room was well appointed looking over the garden. Breakfast was amazing, the laverbread and cockles,wow! We would of loved to of dined here when it was a restaurant 💖"

"Lovely home from home. Everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere was clean and tidy. Loved the bright conservatory, the large farmhouse style kitchen where we could all eat, and the delightful lounge with a wood burning fireplace. We even managed to eat outside on the spacious patio with fantastic views across the valley. The steep approach to the property was a bit disconcerting but we managed to master this without too much trouble. Talley Abbey ruins were very special as was the church next door. The villagers even provided refreshments in their little hall with tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits and ice creams - you just make a donation for what you have enjoyed and there is plenty of covered space outside to sit down too. They have thought of everything. Lovely walks to the lakes and beyond and the villagers are very welcoming. Thank you for a totally relaxing holiday."
