"The Washington is a moderate sized hotel in an excellent location. The room was small but had everything that was needed, and was nicely presented. The onsite Parking is excellent, as parking in this part of Bristol is impossibly difficult. Staff were super helpful allowing me to access the car park some hours before check-in. A huge benefit. Recommended"

"Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen. "I was disappointed that, although there seemed to be very few guests staying, we didn't have a sea view. Instead we had a view of the back of the driving range. Although the room was overall very clean, the dark carpet had obvious bleach spills and stains all over, and new carpets were definitely needed. One of our bath towels had obviously been used to wipe the floor. "
