"Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

Bit disappointed with our stay - place was not clean on arrival crumbs/debris on and under the sofa, cobwebs, mattress stained. Even though I know we had to bring bedding it would've been helpful to know it's a deep matress as the sheet I bought did not fit. Shower door doesn't stay closed, no bath mat for when getting out of shower, no TV despite asking twice and being told on first time asking 'there should be one,...

"Itā€™s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."
