"All was great "

"Chris and Val are excellent and friendly hosts and can provide you with a plethora of local information on places to visit and eat at. It was a pleasure to be able to stay with such a nice couple. The only thing to note is the Shower Room is a little tight but, you do not stay in the Shower Room and this should not put you off staying. Once again, thank you to Chris and Val especially for the excellent and plentifull breakfasts and scones. "

"Very quirky property, full of history. Stunning gardens and views across valley. Room and en suite very clean and nice comfy bed. Definitely recommend reading the welcome file in the room, has to be the best I've seen. Charming host and the breakfast was delicious all locally sourced produce."

"This is an excellent B and B. Clean, quiet, safe, affordable and comfortable. It is a bit remote, in a little village, so do take care when driving to it. Our Driving app directed us through some single lane, gravel roads because that was the shortest way. But you don’t have to do that, as we discovered. "

The room that we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfasts were fantastic. "We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return."

"As a single traveller it's lovely to have a true single room that doesn't feel as if it's been squashed into the last piece of space available. Everything you might need has been thought of. Forgot your corkscrew? There's one there. A bit chilly? (doubtful because the house is lovely and warm). A hot water bottle is in your drawer. Breakfast was exceptionally good in terms of choice and quality, and the proprietor could not have been more helpful. If you visit this beautiful part of Wales I'd...
