"Its so nice hotel I couldn't believe how nice after searching around Bristol that night. It was all double the price for some reason we took the chance and crossed the bridge it's almost the same time to get to Avonmoith , but its Amazing all new the breakfast just normal no hash browns though "

"This is a good value hotel. It's warm and comfortable with free parking. The hotel is accessible. The room was a little bit tricky to get my scooter into, but at least the door stayed open as needed. The breakfast bar is an absolute gem. All the cereals, pastries, real bread, butter, sliced ham off a real joint, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit and a really good hot drinks machine. The staff are welcoming and willing to lend a hand as needed."

"Guest should have been notified by email before arriving that due to a large function on the 3rd September the kitchen was not serving anyone after 8pm. The bathroom shower rail was a friction fit pole which kept falling down. Rooms very tied and outdated The breakfast in the morning was poor and you could have bounced the scrambled egg off the floor it was so rubbery. Staff were very pleasant and helpful "
