"Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available.
No milk was in the room for refreshments and upon asking at reception was told that none was available to us......?!
Set in a quiet and stunning location in Caernarfon - however,...
"We were wanting a clean room close to the station and ferry services and this fitted the bill well though the room was basic- the decor quite stark. It was fine for a one night stay but defintely not for a luxury weekend."
