"I've stayed at the Management Centre several times sine last December. It's a convenient location for my work in Bangor. The staff are friendly and welcoming and parking is complimentary. Some rooms are on floors that are not served by a lift (I think) - this is no issue for me but some guests may wish to bear this in mind when booking. My only negative is that the bar doesn't open until 17:30. Otherwise a lovely hotel with some great views over the strait."

"The hotel is a really quirky building in an amazing location. The staff are friendly and hard working but the breakfast is very poor. No cheese whatsoever the first day and no toast or bread of any kind. Slices of supermarket cheese added the next day but with no bread, hardly counts as continental. "We chose Holyhead because it’s close to South Stack (incredible scenery, and lots of birds - and baby birds!), and Newborough (we didn’t end up going there, but it sounds beautiful). Holyhead itself is a bit run down, and not a tourist destination, more of a pass-through place according to the locals. "We had a lovely week staying here. Being on a farm was a new experience for us we liked it. The horse and pony just outside the caravan, are lovely. Being able to be so close to them, and feeding them was great. I suggest if you stay here, bring plenty of carrots and apples. The caravan was larger than we expected and well equipped. The host ceri is nice she left us some eggs and Welsh cakes, which was kind of her. Where the caravan is situated, it is close by to many places to visit....

"We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery!
