Hotel was lovely, rooms were very good size, we booked 3 doubles and on arrival we had been upgraded to sea view, it was a lovely room with great views

Clean and tidy.....nice reception area....ourbedroom was on the front of the property...with four poster bed....nice clean bathroom.....nice and comfortable

Sadly no lift, so difficult for me due to knees getting up and down. Lovely place to stay. Staff polite, everywhere was clean and well kept

Very welcoming host, great location for local amenities. Sea views from our clean and tidy double room. Parking a nightmare, we arrived on a Sunday. It took an hour and an half riding around before finally finding parking on roadside nr hotel. Free to park between 4.00pm and 10.00am.

The property is central to all of Llandudno's attractions. While no breakfast is offered this is a plus. No early morning traffic up and down the corridor of people going to breakfast leads to an enjoyable lie in. The management and staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Llandudno.
