"Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway"

"Staff always excellent and great service by everyone. Stayed here 3 times in last 2 months and 1 more to go in September and no problems at all. Room good size and has mini fridge, complimentary waters, iron & ironing board , sky TV and free car parking as standard which are pluses."

"Fabulous from start to finish! Warm welcome from owner despite being an extremely busy evening. Room was beautifully decorated. Tastefully Welsh 😊 We ate in the very well maintained, pretty garden and the food did not disappoint. Slept extremely well, good quality beds and bedding. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Fab find, will visit again when going to the lake."

"The property was lovely, the location was good. Aled was a very good host ,and told us lots of places to go and see. plenty of parking for 4 cars. The beds were extremely comfortable, but the wardrobe downstairs , the drawer was broken. The hot tub was lovely.The only criticism was the house wasn't very clean ,and lots of dead flies and cobwebs. But I understand the host had a family bereavement, so that probably explains that. overall we had a lovely time ,would definitely go back again and woul recommend."
