It has 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk beds), living-dining room with sofa-bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large sunny terrace with wonderful sea views. Amenities: oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, heating and canopy. It includes parking space in the communal garage. The complete equipment and its privileged location -away from the bustle in the centre and just 50 meters away from the beach-, make it an ideal lodgement for a family or a group to experience an unforgettable holiday in the Costa Brava. Schöne Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer

Das Positive: Schöne Wohnung, herrlicher Blick, zentrumsnahe, aber sehr ruhige Lage. Das weniger Positive: Das Haus ist bei mehrfacher Belegung sehr hellhörig. Der Fernseher hat einen Wackelkontakt. Die Heizung kann nur zentral, nicht in jedem Zimmer reguliert werden. Dreimal fiel das Gas aus, allerdings hat die Verwaltung jeweils binnen Stundenfrist reagiert. Fazit: Ein schöner, entspannter Urlaub.
