Situated on the first floor of a two-storey building. Located in the centre of the port, 50 metres from the beach and promenade and very close to the shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Balcony with views of the sea, the beach and Llançà port.

The apartment is on one floor and has a balcony. Large bright lounge-dining room, divided into two open areas: lounge area with sofas, TV and fireplace and access to the balcony outside, and dining area with wooden table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Two double bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom, also double, but with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
