Located in a beautiful quiet area, next to the coastal path and the beaches and coves. Close to the port and shops.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, with wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware, and has a door leading directly to the patio and terrace outside.

The lounge-dining room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, TV, coffee table, lamp and French windows opening out to the garden with views of the sea. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs and sideboard.

Outside there is a beautiful garden with several different areas and a terrace with outdoor furniture: table, chairs and sun loungers, covered porch with furniture, benches and garden area with direct access to the coastal path.

Wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the lounge. Private parking space in the grounds.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
