It has a large patio-garden and privacy to enjoy a relaxing time during your stay. Situated in the Cap Ras area, 300 metres from the beach.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, ideal for children. 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan area with kitchen, dining room and lounge is bright with large windows looking out at sea views. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, toaster, tableware and washing machine. It is separated from the dining area by a wooden bar. The lounge-dining room has a table, chairs, sofas, TV and leads directly to the garden.

Outside is the washing line and outdoor table and chairs. Parking space.

Location

Cap Ras is located in Llançà, along the northern part of the Costa Brava, in the Alt Empordà region. Over the years, it has become one of the most emblematic and undeveloped coastlines of the Costa Brava. It has a great variety of scenery, offering many different activities and places to explore, both for beach lovers and walkers.
