Detached house located on the seafront, with magnificent views of Cap de Ras de Llançà beach. It is divided into two levels. On the ground floor is the living-dining room and independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave. We also find a courtesy toilet. The large garden has direct access to the promenade with privileged views. The second level consists of two large double bedrooms and another with a trundle bed with two single beds. Equipped with TV and washing machine and electric heating. Capacity for 6 people. Includes outdoor parking space. Direct access to the beach. Its privileged location - away from the hustle and bustle of the center and on the first line of the sea - make it a unique and ideal house to enjoy, whether with family or friends, an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.
