300m2 house located on the Costa Brava. Ideal for families with children or for families in search of peace and tranquility. It has a private pool, barbecue, zen pond and garden of 650m2, where you can enjoy sun throughout the day or seek shade under the pines. Elegant living room of 40m2 with fireplace and air conditioning. Four large double rooms very bright and with large windows with mosquito nets. Functional bathroom on the ground floor and suite bathroom with hydromassage and shower on the upper floor. Large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden. Nice and relaxing environment. A few minutes from the main beaches of the Costa Brava. And one hour from Barcelona.

la maison était d'une proprété irréprochable! avec tout ce dont on a besoin dans une maison rien ne manque !
José Luis a toujours été là en cas de besoin ou de question de notre part ;
notre séjour a été parfait .
un tout petit bémol la clim du bas nécessite nous pensons une petite révision car elle ne faisait pas beaucoup de froid, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas enpêché de passer un sejour parfait
un GRAND MERCI à notre hôte que je recommande vivement .

Muy buena casa en zona muy tranquila
Todo muy bien, la casa es muy amplia, limpia y bien mantenida. Buena comunicacion con el dueño de la casa. Hubiese ayudado poder hacer check in un poco mas temprano. Tuvimos mala suerte por ruidos del vecino por construcción de piscina. Muy buena estadia en general.

Belle villa pour les vacances
Nous étions 2 couples et 4 enfants et avons beaucoup apprécié cette grande villa durant nos 2 semaines de vacances.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par José Luis et avons communiqué très facilement avec lui durant notre séjour.
La maison est dans un quartier calme et il y a toutes les commodités à 5 min de voiture.Nous avons bien profité de la piscine mais vous pouvez également profiter de belles criques à 20 min de la villa.

A refaire !
Maison moderne, fonctionnelle et en très bon état. Le lieu est calme, le jardin et la piscine sont également agréables.
L'emplacement est pratique pour rayonner sur les nombreuses plages, criques et jolis villages de la côte. Prévoir 25' de voiture à chaque fois.
L'accueil sur place de Carole et la réactivité de José Luiz sont très appréciables.

La maison est parfaite pour des vacances entre amis , proche de Gérone (15kms) des plages de la Costa Brava (15kms ) et a 100 Kms de Barcelone (1h15 par l'autoroute )
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires , maison bien équipée , propre et très agréable , dans un quartier calme .

La maison est dans une zone résidentielle et calme ! Elle est très agréable à vivre et fonctionnelle ! Nous étions 7 amis d une trentaine d année et avons passé un très agréable séjour!
