"We loved everything about this property!! The location was walking distance to the Old Town and the staff was so friendly & kind, especially the front desk personnel: Hana, Dejan Tomislav ( Tommy ) and the gentleman with the mustache. Ali, from the sister hotel right next door, was also very kind and helpful to us upon our arrival. The morning breakfast were a treat with a wide variety and selection to choose from! The staff who work the breakfast shift was polite and quick to be of service! The bed & sheets were very comfortable and we slept great!! We loved our stay at Eurostar Grand Hotel Union!!"

"Right near to bus station- perfect for flix bus. Perfect hotel as pick up was here for lake bled trip. Lidl and McDonald’s down the road one way then other way is main town "

"This was a great location and I liked that they had sodas and water for sale in the lobby. My daughter enjoyed her massage as well. Loved the A/C. The shower head kept coming off and water would go all over the bathroom floor. Would help if there was a door with the shower. Bed was super comfortable. No kettle in the room and breakfast would have been nice if a little more was offered. "

"It is a perfect junior suite for my family of 3 people. The location is also great for exploring the city and it has good selection of restaurants for dinner. Breakfast is sufficient and that's what you need for a city that has very good selections for lunch and dinner. Service is great. The view of the room is an added bonus."

"Pros: Spacious clean room with kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff. Many breakfast options with cooked to order eggs. Good location for walking around the city. Cons: Hairdryer mounted too high. Rainfall shower head not good if you don’t want to wash your hair that day. Overall, would definitely stay here again."
