  • The beautiful Villa Zeus is the perfect family accommodation in Pula. It has a lovely garden with olive trees and is ideally located - close to the town and all its amenities and close to the sea and beautiful beaches. The villa consists of 4 cozy bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed and one has a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed for one person. On the first floor you will find the living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor are the remaining three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Additional sleeping facilities for two people can be found on the large sofa bed in the living room and on the pull-out armchair in one of the rooms. The villa has a beautiful illuminated private pool, a covered terrace with dining area and an outdoor kitchen. The villa is air-conditioned, has wifi, 5 private parking spaces and is in a really advantageous location. The location of this villa is very convenient - just a few kilometers from the nearest beach and close to every part of the city of Pula and all the amenities that Pula has to offer. At the same time, the villa is located in a fairly quiet area. Pula is the largest port and tourist hub in Istria. Rich in cultural and traditional aspects but also due to the beautiful natural landscape, Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city arena, where spectacular gladiator fights took place in Roman times. Today it is the sixth largest amphitheater in the world. Pula offers great opportunities for vacationers. You should also definitely visit the city's surroundings - the lush green landscape of southern Istria, the beautiful surrounding beaches, the Kamenjak Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.

Igor’s house is beautifully designed and maintained. The house is spacious, cool and relaxing, and the pool and garden provides many spaces in which to relax and find shade. Touches such as the gift of olive oil from his own olives was much appreciated too. We enjoyed the rural setting and had an excellent holiday!

Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und mit jeglichem Schnickschnack ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, sodass wir überall mit dem Auto hingefahren sind. Das wussten wir aber vorher. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel schöne Natur, unglaubliche Buchten, sehr sauberes Wasser, tolle Lokalitäten mit leckerem Essen und jeden Tag aufs Neue unvergessliche Eindrücke. Kroatien - wir kommen wieder.

Jeder, der es schön haben möchte und nicht allzu weit von den umliegenden Urlaubsorten entfernt sein will, sollte die Villa Zeus buchen - Perfekte Lage! Das Haus und auch der Garten sind ein Traum. Den Pool vermissen wir sehr; angenehme Temperatur - da konnten wir auch spätabends noch baden gehen :-) Zu erwähnen ist, dass die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber ist. Man hätte im Innenbereich vom Boden lecken können! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen stets zur Verfügung. Sie haben uns Wochenmärkte und kindgerechte Strände in der Gegend empfohlen. Auf schriftliche Fragen bekamen wir innerhalb ein paar Minuten eine Antwort. Die Bilder lügen nicht, wir würden eher sagen, dass es noch schöner ist als wie auf den Bildern angegeben.

Igor und Katarina waren sehr nett und stets für uns erreichbar. Es gab als Gastgeschenk sogar selbstgemachtes Olivenöl von den Olivenbäumen am Haus. Die Lage der Villa vor den Toren von Pula ist sehr günstig gelegen um Ausflüge und ähnliches zu machen.Der große Pool und die gesamte Anlage des Hauses und des Nebengelasses sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.Würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort quartieren.Wir waren 2 Familien mit 5 Kindern.
