"This property is slightly removed from the central Sedona attractions but only a 4-5 min drive to restaurants and tourist attractions. I loved the fireplace in the lobby and the hot tub was a nice reprieve after hiking most days! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely fantastic! I texted at the pool looking for a beer & received an immediate response. Above average breakfast included. Would stay there again"

"excellent"

"This hotel was so comfortable and amazing, the breakfast was so good and had lots of options, we stayed for two nights and was such a good experience, the rooms were so spacious and had lots of amenities, I love that they had a laundry room to wash your clothes, and they gave us complementary drinks in the bar area, it was so close to hiking, and restaurants, the patio was really nice definitely recommend for families"

"Don’t do it! Not the hotel the pictures showed. Our sink was clogged the coffee machine didn’t work we had only 1 coffee pod in basket and 2 creamer packet for 2 people and a 2 night stay. Ask the teceptocorrect while we’re were gone during g the day came back and nothing was done! Went back to manager and only took $40. Off bill for inconvenience. Trust me there were other things wrong g but too many to list. Highly do NOT recommend"

"Great location with an awesome view,"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is tired but kept clean and in good repair. Breakfast included with stay is very good with eggs, waffles and all the accompaniments. We will stay here again when we are in Cottonwood."

"This is such an amazing place to stay at! It felt like a cute and cozy apartment!"

"Immediate time share push the second you check in. Even before getting to your room. They want you to buy it before you even see it! They hold all travel related pamphlets behind the desk of the sales people! Immediate turn off!! I will never return simply because of this."

"Wonderful!"

"Breakfast was good. The staff there was friendly and attentive. They even came clear our table when there were dirty dishes"
